REFUND POLICY

We do everything possible to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases.  If for any reason you are not happy with a purchased item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to fix it.

Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

- Customised or individualised items
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

PRE-ORDERS

Fabrics of some future collections can be pre-ordered prior to arrival.  Arrival dates of future arrivals are estimated and may be subject to change. The fabrics are sent when received in stock. Customers will be notified when the fabric has arrived, prior to being sent.

Pre-orders need to be purchased in a separate transaction to the purchase of in-stock items.
